IFR Flying Is Easier With "The I.F. Clip"

Oakland Center has just cleared you for the VOR 6 approach to Napa. Atis is reporting using runway 6, 500 feet overcast and one mile visibility. Tops reported 2,500 feet. You are at 3,000 feet after your procedure turn and intercepting the inbound heading. You descend to 2,600 feet. At Seapo you can descend to 1,700 feet.
